Summer Camp 2025 Application open now!
Our 13th Annual Summer Camp Program will be held Monday, August 4 - Friday, August 8 at the Neighborhood Academy.
Our Camper Showcase will be held on the afternoon of Saturday, August 9!
Our camp is for anyone who identifies as a girl or non-binary, ages 10-17. No musical experience required! We use the process of making music to amplify self-confidence, creative expression, independent thinking, mutual respect, and cooperation while creating a supportive and inclusive community of peers and mentors!
Looking back at
Summer Camp 2024!
Our 2024 camp program began on Monday, August 5 and concluded with our Annual Camper Showcase on Saturday, August 10. Over 100 family members, friends, and community members joined us at Thunderbird Music Hall to cheer on our campers. Five bands each performed one original song that was written in the previous week.
Throughout the week, our campers practiced their instruments, wrote a song with their new band mates, designed and screen printed their own band merch, made zines, learned about stage presence, learned about mutual aid and community care, and made new friends!
Welcoming new Board Members for Summer Camp 2025!
This year, we welcome three new Board Members to our Organizing Team for Summer Camp 2025:
Jules Mattern and Annie DeFazio!
Erika Hedin, Lara Russak, Pam Pilipovich, Tess Wilson, Alex Vogelsong, and Meg Prall will be maintaining their positions.
Lastly, we want to say farewell and thank you to Tory Silver, who has moved on from the Board this year.
Camp planning will begin in January and we are excited about this year’s team!
